A community volunteer has been rewarded for her tireless efforts in inspiring young people with a Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.
was recently bestowed with the honour at Rhema Christian Ministries.

Born in St. Lucia and raised in Ottawa before coming to Toronto, Chapman has inspired youth through spoken word, motivational speeches and several events she has organized over the years, including the “Inspiring Leaders Forum” which was held recently at Queen’s Park.
The main aim of this forum is to create opportunities for young people to learn from the personal experiences of past and present elected and respected leaders and engage in dialogue on progressive ideas and practical solutions.
“I really relish lending my time and heart towards community building projects and events, especially when it involves youths who are our future,” said Chapman.
