The Caribana Arts Group (CAG) and Caribana Management team would like to thank all who helped make Caribana Flags and Colours 2013 a success on Saturday, July 13.
This includes volunteers, community groups and corporate sponsors who made cash and in-kind contributions to the event.
All of you helped to give children of the Jane and Finch community an opportunity to shine, to be the princes and princesses they could be. You gave them another reason to be proud of themselves and their community.
We extend our thanks and appreciation to community organizations like JFCCO, The Spot, Boys and Girls Club, 31 Division, Driftwood, Oakdale and Firgrove Community Centres, Doorsteps, TCHC and West End Hub.
Our thanks also go to supportive public and Catholic schools in the community. We also thank our major sponsors who include: Iler Campbell, Caribbean Camera, ATU Local 113, Jane Finch Community Legal Services, The Printing Press, Nutrament, Sunlight Bakery and L3 Magazine. Additional support was provided by Enterprise Car Rental, McDonald’s and Colgate-Palmolive.
In addition to the above, we thank the CAG board of directors, the membership, the CMT team, Share Newspaper and all the volunteers who worked many hours on Caribana Flags and Colours 2013.
