Jamaica’s minister with responsibility for the Diaspora, Arnaldo Brown, will be the keynote speaker at the Jamaican Canadian Association’s (JCA) 14th annual Boonoonoonos Brunch this Sunday, February 12.
Brown, an attorney at law, is responsible for the Diaspora and foreign trade portfolios in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade. His objective will be to strengthen the relationship between Jamaicans at home and those abroad.
