All tickets purchased, gifted or prized are valid for the new dates. No action is required for ticket holders.
Below are the official Ticketmaster instructions for ticket holders:
Tickets issued for the August 12 and 13 performances will be honoured for the new dates, as follows:
Tickets for Friday, Aug 12 at 8 p.m. will be valid for Friday September 2 at 8 p.m.
Tickets for Saturday, Aug 13 at 3 p.m. will be valid for Saturday, September 3 at 3 p.m.
Tickets for Saturday, Aug 13 at 8 p.m. will be valid for Saturday, September 3 at 8 p.m.
No action is required for customers who are attending the new dates – their tickets will be honoured at the new performance.
Existing ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled date of their performance should return their tickets to point of purchase for a refund. For telephone or Internet orders made through Ticketmaster, customers should contact Ticketmaster at 1-855-872-7669 to arrange their refund.
